Death Yesterday 0f Greenfield Man . fllesidents of Greenfield were shocked to hear of the sudden death of Mr. Thomas Troy at his home yesterday. The late Mr. Troy, age 34 years. was born in Greenfield, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Troy. He leaves to mourn two sons, Fred at home and Frank in Boston, and two daughters, Emma, Mrs. Daniel Q'Donnell, Avondale, and Florrie, Mrs. Frank Hynos, Alberry Plains. Also surviving are three sisters, l(atie. Mrs. Peter Rice, Boston: Mrs. Annie Kearney. Boston, and Mrs. Mary K. Kearney, Souris. Stewart Makes Good Showing The miserable weather yesterday afternoon did not dampen the enthusiasm of-the 65 donors who were on hand at the Red Cross blood donor clinic held in st. An- drew's Hall at Mount Stewart be- tween 2 and I p.m.. Forty-two of these donors were residents of Mt. Stewart while the remaining 23 were from the following districts: Plsquid East and West, Cherry Hill, Head of Hlilsboro. Charlotte- town, Glenroy, Savage Harbor, Bristol Lot 40, Georgetown and Peake's. The fact that 41.5 per cent of these donors were "new" ones is proof that more people are realizing the need there Is for their support of this free Red Cross blood transfusion service from which so many are benefltting. Rev. George Maccormack and Rev. W. (T. Byers who were the joint chairmen of this Mt. Stew- art clinic were pleased to note that the number of donors report- ing at Mt.
