     borough Street, at the North-west boundary line 
     
     of that part. of Town Lot Number Eighty-two, in 
     
     the Fourth hundred of Lots in Charlottetown, 
     
     belOnging to Thomas Pethick, Esquire, and ex- 
     
     tending thence, northwestwardly, along said Hills- 
     
     borough Street forty feet, and fromraid Street 
     
     extending backwardly across said Town Lot, ac- 
     
     cording to the existing side lines, for the distance 
     
     of eighty-four feet, or until it strikes land belong— 
     
     ing to the Hon. George Beer, being part of said 
     
     Town Lot Number Eighty-two (82), in the Fourth 
     
     hundred of Town Lots in the said Town; together 
     
     with all buildings, rights and appurtenances 
     
     to the said described piece of land belonging or 
     
     appertaining.
