He had been enjoying his usual good health until stricken and all that medical and tender care could do was of no avail. The remains came home by plane and were taken to the Mon- tague Funeral Parlor. and then to his late residence in Milltown Cross. Mr. Herbert Whitney. Agent at Goose Bay. accompanied the re- mains home and remained until after the funeral. The late Mr. Godsoe was a man of sterling character and respect- ed by all who knew him.
