The late Mr. Wood, although not feeling very well that day, had Slit his marriage in i893, to Mary Ms- tiida, daughter of Charles and Mrs. Stewart of Mt. Albion, and settled at Johnston's River. He lived there for a number of years before moving to Mt. Herbert. Later he moved to where he spent the last 22 years.
