     Edward Island, under the authority ofan Act of the 
     
     General Assembly. passed in the twenty-eighth 
     
     year of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled 
     
     “ An Act to assist leasefiolders in the purchase of 
     
     the fee-simple of their farms,” in consuleration ot' 
     
     the sum of , of lawful current money ofthe 
     
     said Island, to me in hand, paid by C. 1)., of 
     
     the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; and 
     
     also in further consideration of the sum of 
     
     to be paid (if bearing interest, say “ with interest”)

     fied and set forth in the memorandum thereof, on 
     
     the other side hereof, written and signed by the said 
     
     0. 1)., and according to the terms and provisions of 
     
     the said recited Act, have granted, bargained, re- 
     
     leased and corfirmed,and by these presents do grant, 
     
     bargain, release and confirm unto the said O. 1)., 
     
     his heirs and assigns, all that (here describe the 
     
     premises sold) together will all and singular the 
     
     rights, privileges, easements, advantages and ap- 
     
     purtenances whatsoever, to the said land and pre- 
     
     inises belonging, or in anywise appertaining, or 
     
     therewith now or heretofore holden, used, and en- 
     
     joyed; to have and to hold the said (briefly specify 
     
     the premises), with the appurtenances thereunto 
     
     belonging, hereby granted and released unto the 
     
     said 0. 1)., his heirs and assigns, to the only proper 
     
     use and behoof of the said C. 1)., his heirs and as- 
     
     signs forever, and to no other use, intent or purpose 
     
     whatsoever, as fully, amply and beneficially as the
