      wondering
      if
      somebody
      out
      there
      could
      answer

      question
      forme:
      Why
      would
      the
      University
      go
      to
      so
     
     
      much
      expense
      and
      trouble
      to
      put
      in
      parking
      spaces
     
     
      nextto
      Steele
      Building
      and
      between
      the
      Field
      House
     
     
      and
      the
      Rink,
      then
      go
      to
      even
      more
      expense
      to
      builda
     
     
      road
      behind
      the
      Field
      House
      so
      that
      people
      could
     
     
      drive
      to
      these
      parking
      spaces,
      THEN
      some
      idiot
      in
     
     
      maintenance
      decides
      to
      puta
      sign
      on
      this
      road
      that
     
     
      says
      ‘‘SERVICE
      VEHICLES
      ONLY’”’.
      If
      this
      road
      is
     
     
      not
      to
      be
      used
      by
      students
      to
      get
      to
      the
      parking
     
     
      spaces,
      and
      as
      this
      road
      is
      the
      only
      access
      to
      them,
     
     
      then
      what
      did
      they
      create
      these
      spaces

      Colleen
      Easter?
      These
      commentaries
      of
      hers
      that
     
     
      the
      X-PRESS
      sees
      fit
      to
      publish

      beginning
      to
      really
      get
      on
      my

      struggling
      radio
     
     
      station,
      CIMN.
     
    
   
   
    
     
      Firstly,
      1am
      confused
      over
      why
      the
      editor
      of
      one
     
     
      student
      run
      organization
      would
      waste
      valuable
      energy
     
     
      attacking
      another
      student
      run
      organization.
      There
      are
     
     
      so
      many
      other
      worthy
      causes
      to
      expend
      energy
      on,
     
     
      such
      as
      attacking
      government
      policy.)
      or
      policies)
     
     
      Negative
      advertising
      is
      not
      something
      anybody
      needs,
     
     
      especially
      not
      CIMN.
     
    
   
   
    
     
      Secondly,
      you
      seem
      somewhat
      misinformed
      on
      CIMN
     
     
      policy.

      40
      music
      and
      artists
      are
      not
      ‘‘Re-
     
     
      pressed’’
      as
      you
      seem
      to
      believe.
      The
      management
     
     
      policy
      asks
      for
      minimal
      airplay,
      but
      do
      not
      pursue
      it
     
     
      as
      dictators.
      Also
      requested
      is
      that
      if
      you
      play
      top
      40
     
     
      artists,
      to
      shy
      away
      from
      the
      popular
      song,
      and
      play
     
     
      one
      of
      the
      twelve
      other
      songs
      on
      the
      album,
      whereas
     
     
      A.M
      commercial
      stations
      are
      only
      allowed
      to
      play
      the
     
     
      one
      popular
      song,
      and
      no
      others.
      (Rumour
      has
      it
      that
     
     
      EX-CIMN
      DJ
      ‘‘Caption
      Kirk’’
      would
      much
      rather
     
     
      work
      at
      CIMN.)
      In
      effect,
      CIMN
      provides
      a
      far
     
     
      greater
      service
      and
      more
      variety
      that
      stations
