Burmah to the Front Now. Special to the Examiner. BomBay, Aug. 22. The treaty which had been prepared by the Indian and the Burmese Governments has now been rejected by King Sheban of Burmah. The King objects to the abolish- ing of many of the monopolies from which he gains much of his revenue, and will not submit to the establishing of an armed guard at the British residence an Man- dalay.
