     Problens Institute 
     
     beginning on March 3, 
     
     I983. This is a four 
     
     part‘ser'ies, and will 
     
     be held each Thursday 
     
     at 8:00 pm at the Inst- 
     
     itute on Beach Grove

     The program is des- 
     
     igned for young people 
     
     interested in learning 
     
     about marijuana, and 
     
     young people experien- 
     
     cing problens with its 
     
     use. ' . 
     
    

    
     Speakers will consist 
     
     of physicians, guidance 
     
     counsellors, youth 
     
     counsellors, and recovered 
     
     marijuana addicts. Audio 
     
     visual aids and small 
     
     discussion groups will make

     A speakers bureau has 
     
     been set up to community 
     
     groups and organizations. 
     
     Speakers are available on 
     
     all aspects of prevention, 
     
     intervention, and treatment. 
     
     These include professionals 
     
     in the field, recovered 
     
     addicts, and family 
     
     members involved with the
