The album cap- tures the exitenent and spo- ntinaity that is synononous with a Doug and the Slugs concert. ' , The music on this record ranges from the party sounds of No No No (Nobody) to the ronantic flavour of st. Lau- rent Surmerfto the conten- porary style of "Who Knows Ham". The band first became known with the release of, their'biggest hit to date * "Too Bad" but this record may finally give then that extra boost needed to aq- uire international popul- arity. Best material is "St. Laurent Sumner" and "Who Knows wato Make love Stay". Even more anazing is the fact that they'vegot a song / on the top fOurty as well as an album that is sell' fairly well. And its not ~— just Romper Room fanSrthat are buying it. I'm glad to see that’thé‘ lyrics are included in the album or else I would be totally lost, as the accents are quite thick in this Jamacain flavoured disco release.
