     Twelve o’clock, noon. on the Sixth day of Novem- 
     
     ber. A. D. 1868. under and by virtue of a power of 
     
     sale, contained in a certain Indenture nf Mortgage, 
     
     hearing date the 1st day of March, A. D. 1854, and 
     
     made between John T. Pidwell, of Charlottetown. in 
     
     Prince Edward Island, and Elizabeth, his 'wife, of the 
     
     qne part, and the Honourable Charles Young, of the 
     
     same place, of tne other part, and by a certain deed of 
     
     assignment, bearing date the 23rd May. A.D. 1856, as- 
     
     signed and transferred by the said Charles Young to 
     
     James Peake, of Charlottetown, Esquire, (now de- 
     
     ceased). all that tract, piece or parcel of land being the 
     
     northern moieties or half parts of Town Lots Nos. 81 
     
     and 82, in the first hundred of Town Lots in Charlotte- 
     
     town, save and except that part of Town Lot N o. 81, 
     
     occupied and in the possession of Paul Tro ivan, bound- 
     
     ed as follows: commencing at a road ten feet wide, 
     
     leading from Sydney street to Dorchester street, thence 
     
     running west in front of Sydney street thirty-five feet; 
     
     thence running south seventy-five feet to a. road ten 
     
     feet wide, leading to the read above mentioned; thence 
     
     running east thirty-five feet; thence north seventy- 
     
     live feet to the place of commencement, together with 
     
     all and sigular the buildings. houses, out-houses, yards, 
     
     gardens, and improvements thereon, situate at the cor- 
     
     ner of Prince and Sydney Streets, in Charlottetown 
     
     aforesaid.

     THE Tenants upon that portion of Township No. 18, 
     
    

    
     in Prince Edward Island, formerly owned by Lieut. 
     
     Col. Peter DesBrisay Stewart, deceased, and over 
     
     which the late Mrs. Mary Stewart. of Charlottetown, 
     
     deceased. and Ellen Stewart and Margaret Stewart, 
     
     daughters of the said Mary Stewart, lately exercised 
     
     acts of ownership, are HEREBY NOTIFIED that the por- 
     
     tion of Township No. 18, referred to, became the pro- 
     
     perty of the Subscriber, in fee simple, upon the death 
     
     of the said Peter DesBrisay Stewart, which occurred on 
     
     the 1st day of November last past. The tenants upon 
     
     the said portion of Township No. 18, are hereby cau- 
     
     tioned against paying rent to the said Margaret Stewart, 
     
     or to any other person or persons who may demand the 
     
     same. Those of the Tenants who may desire to inform 
     
     themselves relative to the TITLE of the subscriber, are
