' Overseers in many cases, as I am
aware, are` not willing to sue their
_neighbors for neglect of duties, at
the same time the public should not
be made to suiler. I have a report
.from one doctor who had to break
the road from Selkirk Road to
Belle River on last Tuesday, whilst
going on important business to at-
tend several sick patients. This is a
condition of things which should
not exist. I have several other com-
plaints oi the same nature, and I
trust this notice will be sufficient
without having recourse to the
Courts to carry out the law.
