The inquest was conducted by Dr. Harold P. Stewart assisted by Crown Prosecutor, John P. Nicholson. Evidence was given by D33, T.A Laidlaw, who examined the de- ceased on arrival at the P.E.I. PATHOLOGIST’S REPORT - Death could have resulted from any one of several injuries revealed by the post mortem Dr. Craig said. These included mul- tiple fractures ‘of the ribs and breastan with consequent dam‘ age to the underlying soft tissues, plus severe injury [to the liver. A number of bottles of alco- holic beverages was also dis- covered at the scene of the ac- cident according to evidence sub mitted by Constable Borys.
