P In addition to the above there will be Band Concerts at the Horse Races, Athletic Sports on Queen Square and Victoria Park, lJai'n:ing at the various Booths and a Ball under the patronage of the Lieutenant Governor each evening and The Prince of Wales will visit the Horse Races during the afternoon and will occupy the Royal Stand Erected for the purpose opposite the Grand Stand. A special _train will leave Tignish about 4.30 in the morning arriving in the City about 10.30. Return fare same as 2nd class about equals to lst class fare. All veterans from 'west are expected to come on this train. _ The Goverment has decided to 'pay the fares of all veterans who will buy their tickets in the usual way, produce same in Charlottetown when their money will be returned. On acct. of the expense of this free“ meals in Ch’town has been cut out and men will therefore providy their own meals. The P. E. I. Goverment deserves great credit for this.
