' f to immediately obtain and publish full written documentation: 1) from all four mem— bers of the ICCS relating to all known and reported cease— fire violations; and 2) from the Canadian Red Cross relating to their access to all prison camps in Vietnam both POW and' civilian, as set out in the Protocol.
