Ford's stepping ahead everywhere because Ford is ahead in all the things car- buyers want most . . . because Ford is worth more when you buy it . . . worth more when you sell it. Ford's acclaimed from coast to coast for its great Strato-Star 1 l0-Hp. V-8 engine, delivering the same kind of power that you find in the most expensive cars-smooth, lively, dependable Ford's applauded in every province for its wealth of fine-car features, including the choice of three ultra-modern transmis- sions-Fordomatici', Ovctdrivcli or Synchro-Silent shift. Ford's admired by everyone because it's such a beauty-inside and out-and because it offers such a satisfying choice of colours, Yes, there are plenty ofrcasons why the steady, continuing trend to Ford has made it beyond any doubt the .YIl('t'('.YS car ofllie rcaron. You'll discovcr all those reasons when you test-drive Ford. Fillfiifi MM Iii mt . . r”rWl'lI MM fir Wolf Not a U. K. Problem He said greater trade there would help both Canada and the U. K., but the fact was that mar- keta had been lost because the Canadian government had taken the attitude the problem was one for the UK. ”I don't think it would be hard for us to get back into the British market, he added. "There is a great demand for Canadian prod- ucts there. Canada should take the initia- tive. Mr. Drew said. "We must have the U. K. and sterling markets," he declared. "unless our farm producers are to readjust their whole program. Mr. Drew declined to discuss the possibility of Britain changing her mind and signing the international wheat agreement. She has already turned it down on the ground the 52.05-a-bushel price in the agree- ment is too high. Upaurge of Confidence Mr. Drew, said he noted among the British people "a remarkable upsurge of confidence and faih in themselves." The British had re- established their position in rela- tion to the rest of the world. Part of this was due to the psychology of the Coronation. he thought, and part because of a rise in the spirit of the people under the impetus of Prime Min- ister Churchill's leadership. unroumu "rerun Varfe! y Lt the Spite of a-dog'.r-lift I Hm'I truly I the taste-tempting, health-giving variety that win keep him in tip-top condition.
