Her . bouquet was of Talisman roses. Miss Shirley Stacey was brides- maid, and she wore a period gown of aqua taffeta which had a. por- trait neckline and bouffant skirt. Her accessories were a matching tiara and mitts. and she carried a bouquet of pink carnations. The groomsman was Mr. Douglas Hill. and the guests were ushered by Mr. Percival Simmonds and Mr. Albert Douglas. 'I‘he bride's mother wore an aqua afternoon dress with black access IIIUD. her corsage being pink roses, while the groom's mother chose a gown of lcebergblue with navy accessories and a corsage of pink carnatlons. Following the ceremony a re- ception was held at the Ohm-lotte- town Hotel. The bride's table was centred with a three-tiered wed- ding cake flanked by tall white tapers and baskets of snapdragon. Mrs. C. J. Fear sang several solos during the reception. For travelling the bride chose a cape dress of navy blue crepe with white pique trim. navy blue accessories. and carried s. white wool shortcoat. Her corsage was of white carnations.
