It was reported on Monday that “wenty deaths had occurred. Those attacked were chiedy troops and dock laborers. By w ay o quieting down the panic, the Ministry of Commerce has issued a uotice to the effect that the cholera at Toulon is sporadic, and not Asiatiac; that it is due to local infection, and therefore confined to the place of its origin. o Juxe Frosts.—Reports from New England state that the heavy frost of Saturday night caused some damage to the crops, and that in Norfolk county, Mass., the vegetable crops Were seriously injured. There is, however, nothing very remarkable in the New England ‘rost as late as June 14.
