And as a member of the Cana- dian Forces Reserves, I will be asked or told to go to war and defend Canada’s territo- rial rights and political views for all Canadians, from who ever is attacking them. Each one of the men who you see on the TV represents 1000-1500 young Canadian soldiers, all in the prime of life, all the same age Sports and I am writing this letter as a member of the Gem and the’ editor of the Sports De- partment. This letter con- cerns an editorial written in last week’s Gem about the quality of the Gem. I have only been a student at UPEI for two years, but I must say that the quality of the Gem has improved greatly over last year, which be- fore Christmas could have become extinct because of our friend the engineers little joke.
