This bursary is awarded annually to female students of Holland College or UPEI who are enrolled in full-time studies. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria: be able to demonstate a financial need; be out of school for at least two full years; and complete the Advisory Council’s application form. Application forms may be picked up at Student Serv- ices and are to be postmarked no later than November 15, 1995. - PEI Union of Public Sector Employ- ees ($500). This bursary is awarded annually by the PEI Union of Public Sector Employees to: (1) its members or (2) dependants of members or retired mem-_ bers. The UPSE Public Relations Commit- tee will base its decision on three factors of importance which, in order of importance are: ' (1)financial need, (2)academic ability, (3)UPSE involvement as a member or by the member of whom the applicant is a dependant.
