PO Pratt was born in St. John, N. B., and attended school in that city, graduating from St. John High in 1945. After graduation from high school, P-0 Pratt attended the University of New Brunswick where he graduated in 1948 with a Bachelor of Arts degree; After graduation he went to Toronto where he was employed as a lab technician. In 1950 he entered Mount Al- lison University and graduated with a B. Ed. degree. For the next two years he took high ' school teaching positions, first at Black Bay, N.
