A Message From King's County Again. we are looking forward to a bigger and better Musical Fest- ival. This year. as in previous years. music lovers in King's County regret the fact that we are falling short in our participation in this Feast of Music. I m confident that there is much intent talent in our small County: but. due to an appalling lack of opportunity of developing their teachers, our children have not the talents. I am pleased to report however, that interest has defin- ilcly been aroused, and in many communities "Music for our child- run” is a popular topic for discus- constitution or P. E. I. As this branch of Festival activity develops it will add interest an variety to our plo- gram. To the music classes a Jun- ior Boys' Choir and a Junior Girls' Choir have been added. Previously these junior groups were eligible to enter in classes using secular music but now they may use church music which will be of use to them later in their various church choirs. Every school Group has this year as the last class in the section a unison chorus in which it is per- missable to use all School Grades. Therefore the rule governing Grad- es used in the other choruses of the section will be strictly en- forced. Attention is drawn to a new rule made neccssa , by new school buildings not yet used to capacity. Rule 38.
