Trustees and Executors of the last will and testament of Benjamin De St. Croix, deceased, against Henry Howatt and Richard Howatt, I have taken and seized as the Pro- perty of the said Henry Howatt and Richard Howatt, All the Right, Title and Interest of the said Henry Howatt and Richard Howatt, in and to Fifty acres of Freehold Land, more or less, at present in the occupation of the said Henry Howatt, bounded and described as follows, viz :—-Commenc- ing at a stake fixed in the South-west corner of land in the possession of William B. Howatt; from thence following the main (Telegraph) road Eastwardly, until it strikes land in the possession of William T. Howatt; and from thence Northwardly along said William B. Howatt’s land, until‘ it strikes land formerly owned by Philip McInnis ; but now in the possession of the said Henry Howatt; from thence West- Wardly along the line of said McInnis’s land, until it strikes said William B.
