     public Auction. the said property. or as much thereof as

     issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judica- 
     
     ture, at the suit of Daniel Hodgson and Theophilus Des- 
     
     Brisay. Trustees and Executors of the last will and testament 
     
     of Benjamin De St. Croix, deceased, against Henry Howatt 
     
     and Richard Howatt, I have taken and seized as the Pro- 
     
     perty of the said Henry Howatt and Richard Howatt, All 
     
     the Right, Title and Interest of the said Henry Howatt and 
     
     Richard Howatt, in and to Fifty acres of Freehold Land, 
     
     more or less, at present in the occupation of the said Henry 
     
     Howatt, bounded and described as follows, viz :—-Commenc- 
     
     ing at a stake fixed in the South-west corner of land in the 
     
     possession of William B. Howatt; from thence following 
     
     the main (Telegraph) road Eastwardly, until it strikes land 
     
     in the possession of William T. Howatt; and from thence 
     
     Northwardly along said William B. Howatt’s land, until‘ it 
     
     strikes land formerly owned by Philip McInnis ; but now in 
     
     the possession of the said Henry Howatt; from thence West- 
     
     Wardly along the line of said McInnis’s land, until it strikes 
     
     said William B. Howatt’s sideline; and from thence South- 
     
     wardly until it strikes the main road aforesaid. Also, Forty

     of Judicature. at the suit of James Arthur, William 
     
     Arthur, \Villiam VVingate and Willian Ogalvie, against 
     
     Henry Haszard, I hare taken and seized as the property 
     
     of the said Henry llaszard. All the right. title and 
     
     freehold interest of the said Henry Haszard in and to 
     
     all and singular the following tracts. pieces and parcel: 
     
     of Land, town lots or parts of town lots and pasture 
     
     lots and parts of pasture lots, with the appurtenances. 
     
     that is to say : lst. All that certain piece of land situate 
     
     at Brighton, in Charlottetown common, bounded on the 
     
     south by a line parallel with Brighton Road, on the 
     
     west by plot No. 19. on the north by common Lot No. 3, 
     
     and on the east by plot No. 17, containing about one acre 
     
     of land, more or less. 2nd. Also. one moiety of town 
     
     lot number ninety-one. in the fourth hundred of lots. in 
     
     Charlottetown, situate on the south side of Fitzroy 
     
     Street. commencing on the north-east corner of a plot 
     
     of land occupied by one James Crockot. thence by a 
     
     line running at right angles with the said street south 
     
     for a distance of 70 feet, thence by right angles east- 
     
     wardly 42 feet, or to the western lineof Cumberland 
     
     Street. theme at right angles northerly along the said 
     
     street 70 feet until it meets the southern line of Fitzroy 
     
     street. thence westerlyto the place of commencement. 
     
     3rd. Also, one-quarter of town lot number nineteen, in 
     
     the second hundred of lots in Charlottetown, at present 
     
     in the possession of one Patrick .SWeency. fronting on 
     
     Sydney Street. with the dwelling house and buildings 
     
     thereon. 4th. Also, one-fourth part of town lot number 
     
     fifty, in the first hundred of towa lots in Charlottetown, 
     
     fronting on Dorchester Street, with the dwelling house 
     
     and buildings thereon. 5th. Also, parts of town lots 
     
     numbers forty-eight and forty—nine, in the first hundred 
     
     of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of 
     
     about seventy-one feet on Dorchester Street, and ex- 
     
     tending back in part eighty feet, at present in the occu- 
     
     pation of Daniel Grifliths. together with the dwelling 
     
     house and buildings thereon. 6th. Also, all that certain 
     
     property known as the" Pavilion Hotel and premises, 
     
     comprising one-third part of town lot number seventy- 
     
     eight, in the first hundred of town lots in Charlottetomt, 
     
     having a front of about one hundred and twentyfeet 
     
     on Dorcbester Street, and about Fifty-three feet 
     
     on Great-George Street and at present occupied by, the 
     
     Misses Street. 7th. Also, all that piece of'land known 
     
     as the site of the old Flour-market, comprising one- 
     
     fourth part of town lot number sixteen, in the second 
     
     hundred of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having 
     
     a front of about forty-four feet on Great-George Street, 
     
     and eighty-four feet on Queen's Square. and at present 
     
     unoccupied. 8th. Also, all that piece of land situate at 
     
     the corner of Sydney and Prince Streets. in Charlotte- 
     
     town aforesaid, having a front of eighty-six feet on 
     
     Prince Street. extending back by parallel lines, being 
     
     one-quarter part of town lot number twenty. in the 
     
     second hundred of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid. 
     
     and adjoining the Bible Christian Church. 9th. Also, 
     
     all that piece of land, being part of town lot number
