HEREAS a Commission has been issued directed to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the Fourteenth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways, and of the Acts in amendment thereof,” whereby We are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a New Line of road is intended to pass along the County line dividing Townships Eighteen and Twenty. Power of Sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the Thirteenth day of June, A.D. 1862, and made between John Egan then of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Is- land,Plasterer, and Margaret Egan, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon.
