Any Slierill' or his Deputy, and any Constable, or Ollicer or Soldier in ller Majesty‘s service, are by the same Act authorised to apprehend any person suspected to b r a Deserter, and take him before a Justice of the Peace. FIVE POUNDS REWARD is by the same Act payable for the Apprehension of any such Deser- ters. NOTICE.
