Percival, at one time a member of the conference, but now in the Presbyterian Church in British Columbia. Mr. Perci- val, he said, while stationed at Milltown had handled some of the funds of the con- ference. It was claimed that Mr. Percival] had misappropriated the money and the conference should do something in the matter. The amount paid into the super- numerary fund by Mr. Percival could be taken to offset this. He moved that a com- Fmittee of three be appointed to inquire into the matter and report back to the confer- ence. The motion was adopted and the follow- ing committee appointed:—Rev.
