Dusty, Nov. 19.—In the court at Clon- mel to day a verdict of guilty was rendered against Wm. O’Brien, John Dillon, Patrick } John | Bullmane, Thomas Walsh, Patrick Mockler | O Brien, members of Parliament. and Mr. Bolton were indicted on charges of conspiracy to induce tenants on the Smith- Barry e:tates nut to pay rent. William O'Brien and John Dillon were sen- tenced to two terms of imprisonment of six months each, but the sentences are to rum concurently. Patrick O'Brien and Cullanene were each sentenced to six months imprisonment and Walsh, Mockley and Bolton to four months each.
