Word was received recently oi the death oi Rev. Bernard Mac- Donald in Calgary, Alta. Deceased was born in Little Pond and re- ceived his early education there; later he taught school in Little Pond before studying for the priest- hood. He served as chaplain in World War I and then returned to his priestly duties as parish priest in Calgary, Alta., where he re- mained until his death.
