The steamship ‘Arizona,’ which arrived at Queens- town on the 12th, from New York, reports that she spoke the French steamer ‘‘Chateau Margaux,” from Berdeaux for New York, on March 8, about 1,400 miles east of New York. The ‘“‘Chateaux Margaux” had lost her rud- der. The British schooner “Carrie Harvey, Gibraltar for St. John’s, N.
