May1l.1956 The Guardian, Page 5 Mrs. (Dr.) Mclntyre Yesterday The death occurred suddenly at her home in Montague on Thursday of Mrs. lntyre. nee Alice MacLeod. wife of Dr. McIntyre. She was in her fifty-sixth year. Alice, as she was called by a host of friends. was born at Vic- Preston Mc- toria Cross. daughter of the late M-r. and Mrs. James D. MacLeod. She attended public school and Prince of Wales Col- lege. after which she taught school for several years. She graduated from Mount Sinai Hos- pital Nursing School. New York City, and practiced her profes- sion there for some time. She was married twenty-seven ycars ago, and has been a cease- less worker in and for the com- munity.
