     N pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this 
     
     island made and passed in the twenty-fourth year of the 
     
     reign of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act 
     
     relating to the L-ind Assessment at present imposed by 
     
     Law on the Town and Royalty of Princetown," and also 
     
     of an Act made and parsed in the twenty seventh year 0! 
     
     the same reign, intituled "An Act to Consolidate and amend 
     
     the SPVcl'al Laws imposing an Assessment on all Lands in 
     
     this Colony, and for the encouragement of E~lucation.”1do 
     
     hereby give public notice that 1 have made proclamation 
     
     according to the terms of the said Acts, of all the under- 
     
     nientiotied ’l‘own Lots, Water Lots. Common Lots, Pasture 
     
     Lots. Islands, or parts of Islands, Townships, or parts of 
     
     Townships, in this Island, in arrear lor the non-payment 
     
     of the Several sums due and owing thereon to Her Ma- 
     
     jesty, under and by virtue of the above-mentioned Acts,
