The home (extremely important); 2. Kindergarten and early school environment; 3. Elementary grades; 4. High school and college. "Tire propen- function of education", he said, "must provide basic know- ledge for citizenship; must teach children how to speak and use their imagination; how to get along with others; and build character. A mixture of these functions is the purpose of the early school level." Regarding professional training and vocational level, the different occupations require different pro- gress. Among the major problems lacing the student are the finan- cial rewards offered in many fields; ambition of the student himself; amount of practical ex- perience required; availability of jobs; financial situation at home; marriage and the raising of '\ Brapauil & Vicinity The United young people played host in the young people of the village at the home of Mrs. Aimee Howatt; a programme iii-games followed by ‘scrumptious’ refresh- ments were enjoyed by all.
