That. for the present. all matters relating to the oflice of Judge, or Commissioner of the said Court, and of the Clerk thereof. shall be transacted at the Chambers of his Honor in the Colonial Building7 at Charlottetown, unless otherwise ordered by him. 2nd. That the Attorneys and Barristers of the Sn- preme Court of Judicature, now on the Roll thereof. shall be deemed to be the Attorneys and Barristers of this Honorable Court; no other person shall practice therein without special permission from the Judge. 3rd. That any Attorney or Barrister hereafter ad- mitted in the Said Supreme Court, shall not necessarily be an Attorney or Barrister of this Court, unless he shall be admitted thereto. by Petition or Motion. 4 4th. That the Costs of all proceedings in this Court, not Specified in the Schedule of " Tho Unfortunate Di-btors’ Act. 1868.” and of Attorneys and Barristers therein. shall be taxed on the Same scale, as costs for similar servrces would be allowed in the said Supreme Court. and be recovered in the same way by attachment; and that all Bills and costs shall be made out in currency. 5th. That it shall be in the discretion of His Honor, upon any proceedings held before him, whether or not to allow costs to be chargeable against the estate of an Insolvent Debtor, or how otherwise. That upon the meetings of Creditors of Insolvent Debtors to beheld before His Honor. under the said Act. the proceedings shall be conducted under the same rules of evidence and practice as prevail at the Trials of civil causes in the said Supreme Court.
