I am very excited about the upcoming months and I am counting on you to make this year the very best! I’ve had a produc- tive summer at the Student Union working on a variety of projects. McCarville Message from the VP Communications I would like to take this time to extend a welcome to new and returning UPEI students! My name is Kristen Stavert and I am extremely excited about my role as incoming VP Communications for the UPEI Student Union. I will hopefully get a chance to find my way to many first-year classes, but if I miss your class please feel free to approach me at any time. I'll be working hard at improving the accessibility of information for stu- dents and teaming up with the pro- motions coordinator and co-execu- tive to pump up spirit all over UPEI! I will be checking with the various university groups to make sure that they have what they need to promote their ideas on campus and maintain the communication with The Cadre and Nexus Yearbook. Good luck this academ- ic year, to all students. Become aware, get involved and spread the word! -Kristen Stavert Message from the VP Activities Welcome back to another school year!
