The rate' will therefore remain the same as last year. The assessment list has been completed by the as- users, A. D. Maclsure and C. A. Shaw, and passed in to the coun- oil. it is understood that the tax notice will be sent out in the near future. The meeting was presided over by Mayor B. H. Jeo. and present were Councillors Jamieson, Hes- sian and Reynolds. Following the reading of the minutes, the bills were presented Ind ratified.
