Hull has play- eu in 57 games thus far and a lot of fans have now raiged thgir sights to 60 goals for the blond bomber. Hull scored # crucial’ goal against Toronto the other evening that: put * the Hawks in form for their 5-1 win and you can bet that now ihe voressure is off he will keep banging away at his owr new record h The Habs on the other hand are in fairly bad shape and the Hawks could very well overhall them and go on to capture their first Prince of Wales trophy ever. As a matter of fact the Habs could conceivably end up in third place at the rate they are going now for they have a rugged schedule in the days ahead. They meet the revitalized Leafs three times before the end of the season and play the Hawks no less than twice. All these games aye musts and they will also have to come up with better performances against the Rangers and Bruins (both of whom they are slated te play twice) if they -are’to remain in contention. The Habs. meet their number one nemesis this evening as they invade Toronto for a real must game. The Hawks play the burnt out Red Wings whom they have treated though they owned them this season but it would not be too great a surprise to see the~ ‘Wings win: tonight. It would be good for business. ROYALS COME BACK Sandy’s Royals must have got a mild shock last evening when they glanced at the scoreboard and found themselves three goals down with twenty one minutes left to play in the game but like a good team did not panic and went on to outscore the Summerside Aces by four goals in the remain- John Surtees, British ace race driver who suffered near- fatal injuries last Sept: 24 im a.
