BARTHOLOMEW -IOI-IN BECK The death occurred at Guern- sey Cove on Sept. 22nd of Mrs. Bartholomew John Beck in her 78th year. Although in tailing health for many years, death came unexpectedly. She will be sorely missed in the home and also in the communit where she made a host o triends through her sunny disposition and endearing ways. The tuneral was held irom her late residence hy her pastor, Rev. D. W. Mac- Pherson who frequently visited her during her illness. Hymns sung were "What A Friend We Have In Jesus". "Will There Be Any Stars", and "Sale In The Arms of Jesus." There are left to mourn three sons and three daughters: Wind- sor and Harold at home; Leo- nard, Kamloops, B.C.; Nettie, Murray Harbour: Marlon, (Mrs. Chester Brehaut) Charlottetown; Florence, (Mrs. Peter Walker).
