Eleventh year of the reign of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, tntituled “ An Act for levying further on Assessment on allLands in this Colony, and lor the encouragement of Educatton;” and also an Act in amendment of the said Act, intituled “An Act to explain and amend the present Act for the Assessment of Land, and the encouragement of Education ;” and also of an Act made and passed in the twenty-fourth year 01 the said reign, intituled, “ An Act to raise funds for the pur- poses 01 Education by imposing an additional Assessment on Land in this Island, and on real Estate in Charlotte- town and Common and Georgetown and Common,” Ido hereby give public notice that 1 have made proclamation according to the terms of the said Acts, of all the under- mentioned Town Lots, Water Lots.
