(3) RE-READING OF EXAMINATIONS: (2) must provide personal identification satisfactory to the Proctor if asked to do so. (a) Application to have any paper re-read must be made to the Registrar within one . month after the recording of results. (3) may bring only authorized materials into the examination room. ‘ (b) Such an application must be supported by a substantial reason in writing. The department will normally require the writing of a special examination in the case of an examination which was missed. For explanations of sickness, a doctor's certificate may be required. (da) (a) (b) Students who intend to appeal a course grade are cautioned that failing grades have been checked very carefully and, barring a clerical error, appeals seldom result in higher grades. ‘ ; Students who fail to complete all the requirements of a course due to circumstances ni Ww CHAIR AND DEAN, be granted an amount of time deemed reasonable for completion of said course. Permission must be in writing and must be received in the Registrar's Office prior to the recording of final grades. If a student does not complete the requirements of a course within the agreed-upon time, a grade of FNS will replace the INC. INTENT: (1) The grade will replace INC on the transcript. (2) If a student already has a passing grade without completing the work and fails to complete the work by the agreed-upon date, the passing mark shall be submitted and shall be recorded in place of the INC.
