The death of Mrs. John O. Hynd- man took place Monday, January 18th, at her late residence, 9 Long-_ worth Avenue, after a short illness of about two weeks. For the past year she had not anjoyed her usu-_ al good health but notwithstanding this her death comes as a severe shock to her relatives and many friends. The late Mrs. I-lyndman was the daughter of Joseph R. Brecken and Mary Ella Beer, both of whom pre- deceased her. Her only brother Walter R. Brecken, also died about twenty-seven years ago and Mrs. I-Iyndman was the last of her fam- ily. The late Mr. Arthur A. Alley her step father, passed away about two months ago and~his death was keenly felt by his step daughter.
