It luckily missed by a nar- row margin, many sleighs and cars. but at length tell foul of one being driven towards Water Street. The runaway threw the oncoming horse round, and then both started to run up the street, causing the greatest consternation. The rnuaway was with- out a driver and the other speedily threw his driver, leaving only a lady and clllld to the tender mercies of the now badly frightened and spir- ited animal.
