The officials wish to express their pleasure and gratitude for this mark ug approval and satisfaction on the pn of the people. The exhibitin is carried on in the interests of the provlliE€,`R affords sn outing for the people, and it is me only event held in the island which permits the people from all pu;-ts of the province to assemble in | big get-together here in Char- lottetown. -The officials wish the people to feel that it lsriheir. attendance and interest which make up the success of the exhibition. Without that, no matter how `good the exhibits and the racing. the Exhibition would be a failure. ~. ~ The judging was completed to- rlay, all the judges expreming them- selves as more than satisfied with the very high standard of quality which had been set by the exhibits. Some of the exhibits-those of horses, swine and sheep, were not perhaps so large as'in past years, but the quality of the stock shown' was very good, The officials wish _it to be known tllat the Souris and Murray Harbour trains will be held today until 5.30 p. m. The Souris train will stop al: the crossing, and the Murray Har- bour train will be backed up on the “Y” near the crossing.
