      security
      officer
     
     
      watched
      as
      a
      DJ
      at
      CIMN
      radio
      put
      a
      CD
      into
      his

      and
      proceeded
      to
      leave
      the
      building.
      Once

      outside,
      the
      officer
      apprehended
      the
      student.

      Pierre
      initially
      felt
      disappointed
     
     
      at
      the
      decision
      since
      it
      failed
      to
      reinforce
      the
      message
     
     
      that
      the
      station
      was
      trying
      to
      give
      about
      theirs
      in
      the
     
     
      station,
      but
      latter
      realized
      that
      given
      the
      specific
     
     
      details
      of
      this
      incident,
      the
      punishment
      was
      satisfac-
     
    
   
   
    
     
      tory.

      added
      that
      the
      next
      time
      an
      incident

      the
      thefts

      continued.
      Increased
      surveillance
      on
      the
      CD
      library

      on
      the
      volunteers
      finally
      paid

      idea

      dropped

      the
      student
      was
      instead
     
     
      barred
      from
      the
      station
      and
      given
      a
      $50
      fine.
