Dollard, of the schooner March, has just arrived from the Arctic ocean, and reports that the crew of an American ao sel, Dame not ascertained, recently kil ed thirteen natives near Cape Prince of Wales. The trouble is anderstood to have arigen in the course of trade with the natives. The latter are greatly excited and disposed to he hostile since the occurence.
