Minutes of the last annual and a special meeting were read by the secretary. Mrs. Vernon England and adopted. The Board of Trustees” report Wu read by Dr. 0. H. Phillips. Mrs. Everett Shea was, re-appointed auditor. The secretary's financial state? ment was adopted. Mrs. Shea reported that she had audited the books and found them correct. The supervisorls report was read by Mrs. England and among other improvements recommended that the school grounds be fixed up.
