By the pleas of guilty all other cases were disposed of, and the accused will be sentenced during the next few days. The case of Jerrlor will come before a petit jury today. It will be the only one tried" at this session, as there are no civil actions on the locket. One of the prisoners who pleaded ' not guilty was released, as a nolle proseque was entered in his case by the Crown. The report of the Grand Jury was a. very brief docu- ment, and dealt entirely with con- ditions of tho jail and courthouse as revealed by the inspection.
