Introducing a New and Improved Cadre you may have noticed a num- ber of changes to the Cadre. There have recently been sev- eral issues regarding the paper dealt with by the Student Union. On January 23, the Executive committee of the student council made the deci- sion to pull the January 19th issue because of concerns with offensive material that was deemed inappropriate and out- side the paper's mandate. This decision was made as a result of a num- ber of ongoing issues with the paper and was by no means specifically tied to the removal dent concerns about the caliber of the paper, it was decided that significant changes needed to be made.
