      Cadre.
     
     
      There
      have
      recently
      been
      sev-
     
     
      eral
      issues
      regarding
      the
      paper
     
     
      dealt
      with
      by
      the
      Student
     
     
      Union.
      On
      January
      23,
      the
     
     
      Executive
      committee
      of
      the
     
     
      student
      council
      made
      the
      deci-
     
     
      sion
      to
      pull
      the
      January
      19th
     
     
      issue
      because
      of
      concerns
      with
     
     
      offensive
      material
      that
      was
     
     
      deemed
      inappropriate
      and
      out-
     
     
      side
      the
      paper's
      mandate.
     
    

    
     
      At
      the
      meeting
      held
      on
     
     
      January
      25th,
      the
      student

      the
      paper,
      it
      was
      decided
     
    
   
   
    
     
      that
      significant
      changes
      needed
     
     
      to
      be

      Cadre
      you

      the

      paper
      it
     
     
      once
      was

      it

      At
      no
      time

      the

      as
      Council
     
     
      realizes
      that
      it
      is
      an
      integral
     
     
      part
      of
      student
      life
      and
      a
      medi-
     
     
      um
      that
      is
      needed
      to
      ensure
     
     
      student
      awareness
      and
      partici-
     
     
      pation
      on
      campus.
      However,
     
     
      understanding
      and
      sharing
