     Beat eggs, add sugar. butter,

     Put in double boiler and beat 
     
     all together. Cook until Nick. 
     
     To serve: Place on lettuce leaf 
     
     garnish with red cherries and 
     
     olives finely chopped. Serve with 
     
     hot Tea Biscuits. Serve about 10
