Her death. though not unexpected, came as a great shock to her husband and family. who were her constant companions during her illness. Born at Auithaville. County Cork. Ireland. she was the eldest daughter of Mary Brennan and the late Morgan 0'Regan. After graduating from Dromore Nation- Il High School. she immigrated to the U.S.A.. where she joined relatives in Massachusetts and was employed consecutively in Boston. Marlborough and Lynn, returning to her home in Ireland. once for an extended visit. Dur- ing liar residence in Lynn. she was an active member of the Young Ladics' Sodality. St. Maryis Church. and also became ii pro- moter for St. Joseph's Union. N. Y.. I Catholic Society devoted to the temporal and spiritual care of homeless children. in which cap- Icity she continued until her death. In 1916 she was married at St. John's Church. Quincy.
