ROYAL NOTICE. ’ IIEREAS, a Writ has been issued. directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the four- teenth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled ‘° An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the. Acts in amend- ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire “but damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new Road is intended to be made, commencing at the South—west rear road, Lot 26, at the line dividing Farms owned by John ’1‘. Murphy and Patrick McKenna, agreeable to the Petition of the inhabitants of Lot 26. Now, we do hereby give Public Notice to all parties, that we will commence the echution of said writ, by at- tending at the house of John T. Murphy, South-west rear road, on Tuesday. the twenty~seventh day of July next, at. the hour of eleven o’clock. in the forenoon of the same day; and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of Road. and complete the inquest accord- ing to Law.
