A scale of fees for such special cases, has been sub- mitted by the I. S. C. to the Dom- inion Medical Association for approv- nl. This scale is based on the rate men’s Compensation Act. In such special cases the local attendant is authorized by the Deputy Director, who must certify the fees which will then be paid by the I. S. C.
