Roger Fisher wants to put the codes needed to fire nuclear weapons in a capsule that would be implanted next to the heart of a volunteer. The unlucky person would accompany the president everywhere and would carry a butcher knife. If the president wanted to fire nuclear weapons, he would first have to kill the volunteer with his own hands. "He has to look at some- one and realize what an innocent death is," says Fisher. Needless to say, the professor's bright idea has not gained much support among decision- makers. fiAflTl-IER LOUNGE HOURS.n MONDAYS TO THURSDAYS -- -- -- "4pm——— lam FRIDAY and SATURDAY “‘""_““Ipm ._. ca_rols crluboards games ,/ MOVIES ‘ Fri. 3—? lam
